Important notice to all GMP attendees:
We are very sorry to announce that the GMP 2021 will be organised as a teleconference due to the global pandemic. Contact and travel restrictions still persist and will certainly last for some time. Unfortunately, this does not allow us to hold a standard format of the conference this year. All attendees will participate in the conference remotely with video/audio and slide sharing, there will be no on-site participation. Further details will be announced as soon as possible.
Conference chairs
GMP 2021 will be held from May 10 to May 13, 2021 at Pilsen/Plzen, Czech Republic. It is a part of an annual international conference series on geometric modeling, simulation, and computing. It is an international forum for presenting and discussing new trends and results in theory, techniques, and applications of both mathematical and computational aspects of modeling and processing of geometric data. This is especially important for many applied disciplines such as computer graphics, computer vision, CAD/CAM, robotics, scientific computing, medical imaging, engineering analysis, etc.
Conference topics
GMP 2021 invites the submission of full-length papers on topics including, but not limited to the following:
- Mathematical foundations of computer-aided geometric design
- Computational geometry algorithms and analyses
- Multi-resolution and heterogeneous modeling
- 3D printing and computational manufacturing
- Geometric feature modeling and recognition
- Representation of curves and surfaces
- Discrete differential geometry
- Isogeometric analysis
- Shape optimization
- Material modeling
- Machine Learning in computer-aided geometric design
Official language is ENGLISH, only.
